Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders placed before 2pm CT ship the same business day. Orders after that ship the next business day.

All shipments are plain and unbranded. Cold-chain packaging is used where compound stability requires it.

Domestic: 2–4 business days. International: 5–12 business days depending on customs. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be accepted. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced at our cost.
